Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy for all purchases. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Eligible for Return
- Unworn items in original condition
- Items with all original tags attached
- Items in original packaging including dust bag and box
- Returns initiated within 10 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn or show signs of use
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Items returned after 10 days
- Final sale or specially marked items
How to Return
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to your order history, or contact our concierge team at returns@minervalifestyle.com
Pack Your Item
Place your unworn item in its original packaging, including the dust bag, box, and all tags. Use the prepaid shipping label provided.
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any DHL location. You'll receive email updates as we process your return.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
