1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.

2.2 Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, including tracking information.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- Pre-order items have separate processing timelines as indicated on the product page
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order by:
- Visiting our Order Tracking page
- Logging into your account and viewing order history
- Contacting our concierge team
5. Packaging
Every Minerva product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
- Products are wrapped in custom tissue paper
- Each item comes in a signature Minerva dust bag
- Orders are packed in sturdy, elegant boxes
- Fragile items receive additional protective packaging
- All shipments are fully insured
6. Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful:
- You will receive notifications for each attempted delivery
- After 3 failed attempts, the package will be held at the nearest facility for 7 days
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us
- Return shipping costs for undelivered packages may apply
7. Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:
- Full name of the recipient
- Complete street address with landmark
- City, State, and PIN code
- Contact phone number (for delivery coordination)
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Certain remote areas (serviceability can be checked at checkout)
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Document any damage with photographs before opening the package
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items)
- Report lost shipments if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days
- We will file a claim and arrange for replacement or refund
